Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Times:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Local Delivery: 1-3 business days

Shipping Costs:

• FREE SHIPPING on orders over $85 within Canada
• Orders under $85: Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method

Shipping Locations: We currently ship within Canada and US. International shipping may be available upon request.

Order Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery: Signature may be required for delivery. We're not responsible for packages left unattended.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us within 24 hours if your package arrives damaged or goes missing after delivery confirmation.

Holiday Delays: Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons and holidays.
